Unlike Hilton Honors, the loyalty program of Marriott has a very different approach when it comes to promotions and bonus points. The former is constantly being promoted, indeed it is often possible to cumulate more than one promo at the same time, the second launches few promos for everyone and then, throughout the year, ad hoc promotions that arrive in the subscriber's inbox and, as always, must be activated from the app.

The promotion that just came to me allows me to accumulate until 45k bonvoy points bonus with only 15 stays. I remind you that by stays we do not mean nights stayed, but reservations at a facility and that not possible, to maximize this type of promo, check in/out for consecutive nights In the same hotel.
The promotion allows me to get three 15k Bonvoy points credits after the 5th,10th and 15th check-outs by next August 31. As in all Marriott Bonvoy offers, award nights, stays paid with cash+points, stays made before the activation of the promo and all bookings that in principle do not allow to accumulate points do not participate in the achievement of the bonus.
In conclusion
Last year I had not benefited from any ad hoc promo, despite the fact that I am a Titanium Elite. This year I have already taken a lot of advantage of the first promo, the qualifying double-night promo, concentrating a lot of my stays in these facilities precisely to get as much as possible and facilitate status renewal.
I must say that this promo comes at the perfect time. I should, in light of upcoming travel and a series of bookings Marriott STARS & Lumious guarantee me minimum 30k bonus points, enough for a couple of free nights around the world.
