So much has passed since the first flight Rome-Abu Dhabi operated by Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates: anniversaries are important, it goes without saying, which is why yesterday at Fiumicino airport a big party was organized for celebrating the important milestone.

On the occasion of blowing out the first ten candles, Etihad announced that starting November 1, 2024, the FCO-AUH route will become bigjournal. As of today, in fact, only one flight a day is available to and from Rome: the departure from FCO of flight EY86 is scheduled at 11:00 a.m., while the arrival at Zayed International Airport is scheduled at 7:05 p.m. (local time); in the opposite direction, it will take off from AUH at 2:25 a.m. and land in the Italian capital at 6:35 a.m. (local time).
The flight is operated by a Boeing 777-300ER outfitted in only two classes, business and economy.
