Guardia di Finanza public competitions: 15 performers for the Music Band
The General Command announces open competitions for qualifications and examinations for 15 positions of performers of the Guardia di Finanza Music Band, with requirements, instructions, and how to apply.
ROME. The General Command of the Guardia di Finanza has announced open competitions for titles and exams, separate for each part and qualification, for the recruitment of 15 executors of the Music Band of the Guardia di Finanza.

The opportunities affect the following parts: First Parts A (1st Soprano Clarinet in Bb No. 1 soloist; 1st Trumpet in high Bb No. 1; 1st Sopranino Flugelhorn in Eb); First Parts B (Bass drum with the obligation of Timpani, Xylophone, Celeste and Vibraphone); Second Parts A (1st Soprano Flugelhorn in Bb No. 2; 2nd Bb Tenor Flugelhorn with the obligation of the Bb Bass Flugelhorn); Second Parts B (2nd Flute with the obligation of the Piccolo; 1st Soprano Clarinet in Bb no. 8; 2nd Tenor Trombone); Third Parts A (1st Soprano Clarinet in Bb no. 10; 2nd Clarinet Soprano in Bb No. 4); Third Parts B (3rd Flute with the obligation of the Piccolo; 2nd Clarinet Soprano in Bb No. 7; 2nd Clarinet Soprano in Bb No. 8; 5th Horn). Participation is also allowed for multiple parts and instruments.
Serving military personnel in the Guardia di Finanza Corps who have not exceeded 45 years of age may participate in the competitions.

"Eligible to participate in the competition are Italian citizens, including those already at arms, who have, on the date of the application deadline (by 12:00 noon on November 15, 2025) attained the age of 18 years and not exceeded the day of their 40th birthday, this limit is raised by five years for military personnel of the Armed Forces, Police Forces and the National Fire Brigade in active service"

All candidates must possess, by the date of the deadline for submission of the application, the following qualifications: a. secondary school diploma that allows enrollment in degree programs provided by state or legally recognized universities; b. diploma in the instrument for which one is competing or for related instrument, as per table "H" annexed to Legislative Decree No. 79 of February 27, 1991, obtained in a state conservatory or other similar legally recognized institution"

The application for participation in the competition must be completed exclusively through the electronic procedure available on the active portal at https://concorsi.gdf.gov.it, following the instructions of the automated system.
For the purpose of applying for the competition, competitors must have one of the following authentication tools: SPID or Enter with CIE, using the electronic identity card (CIE) issued by the municipality of residence.
After completing registration on the portal, applicants can fill out the application form-accessible through their private area-and finalize their submission by following the relevant automated procedure.
