Before air/train ticket, ITA Airways launches air/bus ticket with Itabus
Partnership between ITA Airways and Itabus: together for intermodality Sales kick off on the new service that will connect Perugia and Pescara to the rest of the world with a single ticket

Traveling from Perugia and Pescara to ITA Airways network destinations with a single, integrated ticket: it will be possible from December 1, 2022, thanks to the New service offered by the national airline and Itabus (tickets are available for purchase starting today).

The new service will be operational with buses solely dedicated to this partnership, on two daily routes, departing from the Perugia PXB (Piazza Partigiani) and Pescara PXC (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II) Bus Terminals in connection with Rome Fiumicino Airport, from where it will be possible to board to flights of the company's entire operation departing from the capital:
To take advantage of the service, simply web check-in on the official ITA Airways website and then report to the bus terminal at least 30 minutes in advance of the departure time. Itabus coaches are state-of-the-art, low-emission vehicles equipped with all necessary amenities, on-board toilets and free Wi-Fi. In about three hours of travel time, it will be possible to reach Rome Fiumicino in total comfort, tranquility and safety.
Upon arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport, one will be able to reach the gate after handing over one's luggage at the Terminal's check-in counters or, in the case of hand luggage, one will be able to go directly to the security checkpoints. Similarly, if you have to reach the destinations of Perugia and Pescara, you will be able to collect your luggage and then reach the pick-up point (AdR Polo Bus' - Arrivals Level T3 - Stalls 5-11), where there will be an Itabus ready to depart.
