EuroBonus members will be able to claim missing points for flights departing on or after September 1, 2024 on most SkyTeam airlines no earlier than 8 days and no later than 6 months after the flight.
Reservation of Eurobonus award tickets

From September 1, 2024, you will be able to rebook your award ticket on an SAS flight or on certain SkyTeam airline flights (subject to availability) by contacting SAS Customer Service. Just like today, if the points used in your original reservation have expired by the time you rebook your trip, new points will be taken from your original EuroBonus account.
It will be possible to cancel the Star Alliance award ticket (until August 31, 2024 and after September 1, 2024) just like today, up to 24 hours before the departure of the outbound flight by contacting SAS Customer Service.
As of September 1, 2024, we will switch to the new alliance, but the basic rules will be the same and you will be able to book on most SkyTeam airlines for travel from September 1, 2024. Bonus travel booked on SkyTeam airlines will be rebookable.
