The seasonal Palermo-New York connection operated by Neos is. the only direct flight from Sicily towards the United States and will be operated on, until Sept. 29, every Tuesday and Sunday (an additional frequency will be added next year): taking off from the Sicilian capital at 11:25 a.m. and arriving at JFK Terminal 1 at 2:50 p.m. (local time); conversely, departure from the Big Apple is scheduled at 5 p.m. and arrival at PMO is at 7:20 a.m. the following day (local time).
The PMO-JFK route is operated with one of the Dreamliner of Neos set up in two cabins, economy and premium economy, with a total of 355 passengers. In the main cabin we find the classic 3-4-3 set-up: all seats have IFE, Wi-Fi, and power outlets; in premium economy, however, the configuration is 3-3-3, the space is greater, and the seats also have leg supports and adjustable headrests.
